Ocular Outdoors is a local outdoor gear brand (Camping,Hiking and Climbing) inspiring an active outdoor lifestyle. It sells outdoor gear, clothing and services. Besides selling products, the brand in collaboration with local adventure camps offers adventure, thrill and joy.
Design goal: A creative personal exploration developing a brand identity (logo, colour palette, and style guide), print and online advertisements.
Constraints: Being a local, small scale start-up, how can Ocular Outdoors compete with established brands that are popular in Vancouver?

Brand: Ocular Outdoors
Concept: The logo inspires the outdoors featuring binoculars with a scalable strong silhouette. Colour Palette reflects energy, adventure, harmony with environment and revitalisation. The advertisements market the experience of adventure and thrill as product marketing strategy.
