Arts Umbrella is a Vancouver based non-profit centre for education in Art & Design, Dance, and Theatre, Music & Film for young artists aged 2–22. It offers opportunity to cultivate creativity, believing that when young people connect with the arts, they gain self-confidence, develop self-discipline, and discover creative expression—qualities they carry with them for life.
Design Goal: To rebrand and develop a new brand identity (logo, colour palette, and style guide), stationary package, print and digital ad layouts.

 Brand Style Guide
Brand: Arts Umbrella
Concept: The rebranded letterform logo depicts puzzle formation representing creative development. The goal was to create a new fun and eye-catching design that depicts creativity, enjoyment, enthusiasm and success. By comparison, the previous abstract logo mark represented a more corporate look.

Ad Concept:  I created playful hand drawn sketches using Adobe Illustrator for scalability and using an eye-catching colour palette that aims to appeal to the target audience, creating an engaging experience for the viewer.
The unique tailored illustrations designed using adobe illustrator were inspired by growth and development of the human mind. Hence, the use of multiple coloured layers in the background.
